One thing that I love to do is running a race in the morning. There is nothing better than that feeling of getting up, getting the coffee ready and having a peanut butter and banana sandwich.
Should you warm-up before your race? Some say you should others argue that it’s not worth it. I can see both sides, but I lean one way.
